How to Spot Machine Imbalance

- Medium to large rotors (7.5kW rotors and above)

We balance every rotor to the grade you need. G 2.5 is the most common for electric motors. All balancing grades meet ISO 21940 standards.

What we do
- Jet wash and stove windings
- Impregnate with varnish, stove, and scrape
Oven details
- Oven dimensions: 1.8 m (W) × 1.7 m (D) × 1.7 m (H)
- Maximum operating temperature: 180 °C
Strip and rewind AC and DC brake coils
Our process
- Detailing and stripping the brake coil
- Clean up and insulate housing/ laminations
- Make former and wind coil
- Varnish and oven-stove or epoxy windings
- Final electrical test on windings
